Our moving assistance services—packing and unpacking—are performed at your location in the United States. This policy explains cancellations and refunds for bookings made through squidralaphul.ddd. We are based in Germantown, Maryland (Montgomery County), and provide packing before a move and unpacking after a move for local relocations in the Washington DC metro, Maryland, and Virginia, as well as for long-distance moves across the US.
Scope – United States
This return and cancellation policy applies to customers in the United States who book our packing or unpacking services. Our address is 19960 Wild Cherry Ln, Germantown, MD 20874, United States. Whether you are moving locally within Maryland, Virginia, or the District of Columbia or relocating long-distance, the terms below govern cancellations and refunds.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule your packing or unpacking appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled date may qualify for a full refund of any deposit or no charge if payment was not yet collected. Cancellations with less notice may be subject to a fee as specified in your booking confirmation.
Refunds
If we cancel the packing or unpacking service due to circumstances on our side, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel in line with the terms above, we will refund any amount paid in accordance with those terms. Refunds are processed within a reasonable time to the original payment method.
No Return of Services
Packing and unpacking are performed services, not physical goods. Once work has been completed at your location in the United States, we do not offer "returns" in the traditional sense. Any dispute about the quality or scope of work should be raised with us promptly so we can address it.
